About IME Clinic
At Knights Landing One Health Center (KLOHC), we believe that every individual, regardless of their background or immigration status deserves compassionate and accessible healthcare. Our mission is to provide welcoming environment where immigrant communities feel valued, respected, and empowered on their journey to achieving permanent residency in the United States.
IME Clinic Provides:
- Filling out the I-693 form during the first appointment
- Medical Exam conducted by a Civil Surgeon
- Laboratories for Syphilis, Tuberculosis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea
- Copy of the forms for personal records, in addition to completed form

Please note that we do not administer vaccines. If you are a part of the community and uninsured you can qualify for vaccine funding for the most expensive vaccines.
